Your order itself will be processed by STRATHON for 1 to 3 days and the shipment itself will usually take 13 days to 4 weeks.

Our Shipping Policies:
- STRATHON cannot cancel your order when the package is already on its way to you.
- Unreasonable CANCEL REQUEST or REFUND will not be granted by STRATHON after 24 hours after the purchase is made.
- If customers put a wrong address, STRATHON can reship the package again, as long as, the right address is located in the same country. STRATHON cannot do reshipping to a different country.
- Customers need to pay an extra cost of $12 – applied when the package is failed to deliver and the customer wants the shipping courier to deliver it again from the nearest warehouse to their address.
