Your order itself will be processed by STRATHON for 1 to 3 days and the shipment itself will usually take 13 days to 4 weeks.

For the safety of our employees and you, as our customer. Please expect some delay due to the increasing number of COVID-19 that slows the whole process; most of our employees are currently getting influenced by it [Please Help to Pray for Us 🙏🏻].

Our Shipping Process :

• Right after you make your purchase, we will directly process your orders, and when we’re done processing them, we will ship your order.
• We do not ship on Sunday, therefore, your order will only be processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday.

Our Shipping Policies :

• STRATHON cannot cancel your order when the package is already on its way to you.
• Unreasonable CANCEL REQUEST or REFUND will not be granted by STRATHON after 24 hours after the purchase is made.
• If customers put a wrong address, STRATHON can reship the package again, as long as, the right address is located in the same country. STRATHON cannot do reshipping to a different country.
• Customers need to pay an extra cost of $12 – applied when the package is failed to deliver and the customer wants the shipping courier to deliver it again from the nearest warehouse to their address.
• Customs and taxes are not STRATHON responsibility
